As Digital Marketing Manager in Budapest you are part of the international Marketing team at Qualysoft and report to the CMO, located in Austria. You work closely with your international Marketing colleagues and support the Hungarian team with local Marketing initiatives.
Support the planning and implementation of international online marketing campaigns, to attract new customers
Creating effective mailings, landing pages and contact forms
Managing and optimizing related platforms
Monitoring of campaigns
Localization of campaigns to the Hungarian market
Manage our paid marketing initiatives across all markets and channels
Campaign set up in LinkedIn, Google Ads etc.
Advise on how to allocate, invest, and optimize the performance media budget to meet our business goals
Developing cross-channel retargeting strategies to improve advertising efficiency
Help us optimize our existing online presence to reach a strategically relevant audience and attract new customers
Continuous monitoring of the main organic indicators of Qualysoft's websites and technical, functional, and content optimization of website
Create SEO analysis and optimization concepts to optimize click and conversion rates.
Run successful keyword search and link building activities.
Provide strategic analysis of customer potential on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other similar social media platforms
Plan and organize local Marketing activities such as online events (e.g. Webinars), participation in partner events or conferences
Support and develop the company’s own community through social media activities, in close coordination with internal stakeholders
Help coordinate the creation of sales-supporting marketing content: writing content drafts, collaboration with copywriters, production offices, and creative agencies
Lead qualification and CRM administration, setting up and continuously improving internal notifications, preparing CRM reports
Create regular and ad-hoc reports related to campaigns, leads, organic performance of the website etc.
Several years of experience in online marketing, preferably covering multiple markets
Familiarity and experienc with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions
In-depth knowledge on on- and off page optimization
Knowledge of the new trends and opportunities to further improve our performance marketing results
Good communication skills in English
