About Michael Reichenberger:
Michael Reichenberger has been a management consultant for 15 years and has many years of experience in the field of customer relationship management. As Country Manager for the Qualysoft Switzerland location, in his function as CRM team leader, he takes on the planning of project work and the deployment of personnel for existing and new customers. He is also the interface to the sales team when it comes to acquiring new and follow-up projects.
His focus is on customer satisfaction and project management based on Qualysoft standards. His expert knowledge flows into the individual solutions of our customers. Michael Reichenberger focuses on advising companies on the introduction of CRM, in particular on the CRM strategy and the optimization of sales, marketing and support processes.
