Qualysoft operates a separate Project Management Office that serves as the heart of our project management service. The purpose of the PMO department is to ensure the daily operation of all the projects delivered by Qualysoft. The team has to make sure that the projects meet all contractual requirements and are delivered to the client in a professional, cost-effective and timely manner. It is absolutely mandatory to plan, execute and finish projects according to very strict deadlines and within budget.
The PMO team has four Senior Project Managers, including the Head of PMO. Every Project Manager has 5+ years of PM and delivery experience. The project methodology is always aligned with deliverables and the specific internal daily business attributes of the customer. Most of the projects are delivered using the PMI principles (we have PMP certified team members). However, our portfolio also includes several agile and hybrid methodology projects. Our agile knowledge is supported by a CSPO certified Project Manager.
All projects are planned carefully with our customers and the timelines are mutually agreed. To ensure that the right resources are allocated to the projects we use an internal allocation tool and process, which secures that our clients receive the necessary resources to meet the project goals. In most cases, a dedicated Project Manager serves as the single point of contact. Customers can rely on our Project Managers and can be sure they receive the right services according to their contracts.
