Product Owner

Our partner is a global pharmaceutical company that is working to develop a cloud base call centre and they are looking for an experienced Product Owner to help for their new big cloud project. Indeed the company has a multicultural atmosphere, even in this position, you will have the opportunity to travel to the regional head office on a monthly basis.

What you will need to do in the role, and we will help you to do it:


  • Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products
  • Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
  • Develops, owns, and executes product roadmap
  • Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders


What skills and experience are essential for the position?


  • Experience in call center implementation
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required; advanced degree or IT major preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce and / or Genesys mandatory, Appropriate Systems Certifications preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant business systems analysis
  • Experience in SDLC and Agile development process required
  • Understand the Scrum process
  • Experience in JIRA required

  • Interest Intelligent Call Routing (Skill, Location, Time), Virtual Agents (Chatbots) or Optimization of queue capacity
