Senior Python Developer
The Project :
Our NDO R&D develops various software tools supporting Mobile Network Design and Optimization services delivered by BMAS Network Design and Optimization (NDO) telecom engineers to mobile operators across the world. We are looking for a software developer to work on the development of the Cognitive Tuning Software Product, a solution in the NDO tool portfolio that provides a rich set of RAN analysis and troubleshooting use cases based on RAN traces as opposed to traditional drive testing.
What you will need to do in the role, and we will help you to do it:
- Analyze detailed requirements coming from Solution Architects or external stakeholders
- Design and Build Software Solution
- Drive technical studies and prototype development
- Close cooperation with all the teams on various sites
What skills and experience are essential for the position?
- MSc or BSc degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field
- Hands on experience in Python
- Experience in building microservice architectures and related technologies (REST, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, NO-SQL)
- Experience in REST, Microservices, Dockers, Kubernetes, SQL
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, theories and basic-libraries (Tensorflow, Pandas, Numpy)
- Basic Linux and SSH knowledge
- Good command of written and spoken English is a must
If you have experience in one of these it is a plus:
- Experience in cloud computing platform AWS / GCP / Azure, etc.
- Flexibility to work in related front-end (React JS) components if needed
- Has experience working in multi-site development
- Experience in Agile software development methodologies and practices
- Background knowledge of IP networks
