Porsche
Next-Generation Dealer Management System (DMS)

Qualysoft gave Porsche the ability to improve the efficiency of the day-to-day processes and turn data into growth with the next-generation CROSS Dealer Management System.

Client challenge

Porsche Informatik was looking for an IT partner experienced in developing the next-generation Dealer Management System (DMS).

Our client aimed to replace fragmented legacy tools with a next-generation, cloud-based CROSS Dealer Management System (DMS) for more than 1,000 Porsche and Volkswagen dealerships.

The platform had to consolidate customer and vehicle data in real time, streamline workflows across sales, service, parts, and finance, and support multilingual users. At the same time, the company needed to secure a highly skilled development team on short notice and integrate it seamlessly into existing delivery processes—raising operational transparency while avoiding disruption.
