ERP Consultant
Our ERP team is responsible for meeting customers' business needs within IT, using Microsoft technologies, with MS Dynamics AX - Axapta. Our team recommend best practices, design and implement new functions and interfaces, supporting existing clients and implement real-time business logic (NoCode, LowCode technologies)
What you will need to do in the role, and we will help you to do it:
- Business analysis
- Customer communication focused on meeting business needs
- Documentation (Specification, Manual, Estimate, etc.)
- Pre-Sales activities
- Implementation tasks, consultation
- Training/coaching colleagues
- Reporting
- Testing
What skills and experience are essential for the position?
- Deep Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, and AX (Axapta) ERP systems.
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a professional setting, with a strong track record of success.
- Effective Communication: Exceptional skills in communication, performance, and teaching.
- Proactivity & Efficiency: Ability to take initiative, work efficiently, and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Complex Systems Understanding: A solid grasp of complex systems theory, with the ability to apply it to real-world scenarios.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent English skills.
If you have experience in one of these it is a plus:
- Microsoft certifications and knowledge of other Microsoft business systems (Business Central, Navision, Customer Engagement, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps)
- Understanding of Sociology and Psychology
- Programming skills
- Proficiency in German language
