Board members
Tamás Simon is the founder, co-owner and CEO of the international Qualysoft Group, which he launched in Vienna in 1999 with Robert Mayer after early roles at Krupp, Siemens and CSC, and has since expanded across Germany, Switzerland, Slovakia, Serbia, Romania and Ukraine.

Róbert Mayer launched his first firm, Mini Soft GmbH, in 1988 while working as a software developer in Austria. He co-founded and owns the Qualysoft Group, guiding its expansion from the inaugural Vienna subsidiary in 1999 (quickly followed by Munich, Budapest and Belgrade) to a broad network of IT and IT-HR companies across Germany, Switzerland, Slovakia, Serbia, Romania and Ukraine.
