Radu Postolache is Group Head of CDS, responsible for overseeing the strategy and development behind Qualysoft's strategic accounts and delivery capabilities in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Sweden, Hungary, Slovakia, Serbia and Indonesia. He also leads Qualysoft Romania as Managing Director, driving client satisfaction, projects' success, employee engagement and overall company development and stability. With a background in business (Executive MBA at Tiffin Ohio US) and technology (UC Berkeley Technology Program), Radu combines strategic vision with a people and customer-centric approach. He solves complex business problems worldwide using the latest technology-based assets, bridging world-class projects with Qualysoft's best-in-class expertise. Radu is also a member in various local organizations that aggregate Software companies and Technology leaders inside the IT ecosystem.

Kókány Tamás is serving as the strategic lead for all local business and Group IT operations; spanning legal, labor, commercial, financial, and operational matters in Group IT related functions as well. He acts as the primary liaison between local teams and DACHS-level leadership, ensuring alignment between group-wide initiatives and local execution. Manages Top customers with a focus on long-term partnerships, leading high-level negotiations on terms, and service quality to drive sustainable business value.
