Costumer Succes Manager / Service Delivery Manager

As a member of the Project and Support Management Office, you and your team will oversee the quality and success of all Qualysoft projects and support services. This includes ensuring that each project meets high standards, aligns with customer expectations, and maintains operational efficiency.

 

What you will need to do in the role, and we will help you to do it:

 

  • Managing interactions between customers and the company
  • Increase customer satisfaction, fostering customer retention by ensuring a smooth customer journey
  • Supporting the Sales and Consultant teams on how to provide customer assistance
  • Ongoing consultation and collaboration with consultants and developers
  • Managing a sales or customer support team: Incident, Problem and Resource management
  • Change Management and small project administration
  • Maintaining KPIs and SLAs
  • Escalation management and resolution
  • Making ad-hoc reports for customers and for company’s management
  • Collecting and analyzing data to improve customer service health

 

What skills and experience are essential for the position?

 

Technical skills:

 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Project Management, Service Delivery Management (SDM), or Application Management within an IT company
  • Strong overall IT skills and experience in budget management
  • Familiarity with ITIL and Project Management methodologies is beneficial
  • Knowledge of ISO standards is advantageous
  • Proficiency in both English and German
