The Qualysoft Group, a beacon of excellence in the IT sector, was co-founded by two visionary entrepreneurs, Tamás Simon and Robert Mayer. Originating from Hungary, Simon and Mayer both assembled extensive experience in Germany and Austria before deciding to merge their companies. This strategic joint led to the establishment of Qualysoft GmbH in Vienna in August 1999, setting the foundation for what would become a leading force in the IT industry.

In a significant development for the company, 2006 marked the entry of Peter Oros as the third co-owner, further solidifying the leadership team. Peter Oros's inclusion brought new dimensions of expertise and insight, contributing to the group's sustained growth and innovation. Together, Simon, Mayer, and Oros have propelled Qualysoft to the forefront of the IT services and solutions domain, demonstrating a journey of entrepreneurship, collaboration, and success.
