Caglar Kulaksiz has been appointed Chief Finance Officer of the Qualysoft Group

 

"My goal is to increase the efficiency and financial strength of Qualysoft by modernizing and aligning processes across the Group." declared Caglar. Uniform, optimized processes in finance and controlling, digitally implemented in a coherent system, should drive the company forward in the long term and save time and financial resources.

Before joining Qualysoft, Caglar Kulaksiz worked for Sodexo Austria as CFO for almost ten years, where he acquired comprehensive expertise regarding process optimization in an international environment.

The largest IT project under his financial expertise is also the largest project that Qualysoft ever implemented. The project implies the digitalization of the fiscal system in Indonesia. Together with a strategic partner, we developed a sophisticated, large-scale tax administration application. It will be made available to the end user in approximately three years. The project should be completed by the end of 2024. “Our teams and I contributed with our expertise in international tax and accounting practices and, at the same time, learned a lot. Other countries are already in our pipeline for similar digital tax administration solutions, and we are proud of that. The project is unique and we are pioneers in the international IT market regarding Digital Tax Administration Solutions for governments,” declared Caglar.

Another international project is just about to start - the expansion of the Qualysoft Group to Scandinavia. In May 2023, the group opened its first office in Sweden. This expansion is part of Qualysoft's growth strategy - the focus in Scandinavia will initially be on the area of consulting and development services.
