Last week, our colleagues from Qualysoft attended the Tricentis Frankfurt Roadshow 2023 at the Radisson Blu Hotel. This event was the perfect platform to validate our expertise in software quality assurance and engage in insightful discussions with industry professionals.
[Frankfurt], [Germany] - Tricentis, a leading provider of software testing and quality assurance solutions, hosted the Frankfurt Roadshow 2023, bringing together both industry professionals and experts in the QA field for a day filled with insightful discussions and emerging trends in the field of quality engineering. The event was conceived to reinforce the relationship with solution partners like Qualysoft and also validate Tricentis' expertise in test automation software.
The roadshow kicked off at 9:00 allowing attendees to network and prepare for the day ahead. The agenda was packed with informative sessions featuring well known speakers and customer panels, covering a wide range of topics related to quality engineering and software testing.
The event commenced with a warm welcome and kickoff session. The main stage set the tone for the day, energizing the attendees and setting the stage for the in-depth discussions to follow. Lee McClendon, Chief Digital Officer at Tricentis, delivered a keynote speech titled "Quality at the speed of innovation." McClendon highlighted the importance of adapting to the rapidly changing IT landscape and showcased Tricentis' latest product updates that enable organizations to innovate faster while maintaining quality, security, and compliance.
One of the standout sessions was presented by Marc Thier, SVP Application Lifecycle Management at SAP. He debated how Cloud ALM and Tricentis are helping to improve the world of SAP customers. The partnership between SAP and Tricentis has brought together the best of application lifecycle management and test automation, providing SAP customers with a powerful solution for managing their software development lifecycle. He highlighted the recent launch of SAP Cloud ALM and Tricentis Test Automation, SaaS products that combine the strengths of both platforms and offer enhanced model-based test automation capabilities.
The roadshow also featured a customer panel discussion on de-risking and maximizing the impact of SAP transformation. Tricentis customers Biontech and Vodafone shared their experiences and insights on how they successfully navigated the challenges associated with SAP transformation projects. The panel shed light on the complexities of QA in the SAP environment and provided valuable lessons for organizations undergoing similar transformations.
After the lunch break, Simona Domazetoska, Senior Product Marketing Manager at Tricentis, took the stage to discuss modernizing quality engineering with the latest AI advancements. She explored the potential impact of AI on application delivery and shared real-world use cases where AI and machine learning can create tangible business value.
Another customer panel session followed, focusing on the integration of end-to-end tests into quality assurance and shared best practices for implementing a holistic test approach. Tricentis customers highlighted the importance of end-to-end testing in validating software dependencies, ensuring data integrity, and checking integrations.
Throughout the day, partner sessions provided additional insights and perspectives. Simon Kreimayer, Co-Founder of Dolpheen IT Solutions GmbH, delivered a session on the next leap in software testing, exploring the transition from automation to intelligence. Edmundo Harbin, an SAP SME from Sogeti Deutschland GmbH, presented the SAP Quality Report during another partner session, shedding light on the latest trends and insights in SAP quality assurance.
The event concluded with customer and partner awards, recognizing outstanding achievements and contributions in the field of quality engineering. The awards ceremony was followed by a happy hour, providing a relaxed and informal setting for attendees to network and unwind after a day of engaging discussions and knowledge sharing.
