Porsche Informatics was looking for an IT partner experienced in near-shore operations for a key project: Developing the next-generation CROSS DMS.
Technical - The Dealer Management System (DMS) must enable all dealerships to manage their entire business in one cloud-based dealership app. This would allow them to see the whole picture clearly. The DMS allows simplified and easy-to-use information exchange between all the operational divisions: manage inventory, check invoices for points of sale, view the service history, or track leads.
Logistical - In a short period of time, there was a need to acquire top IT talents with international language skills and train them in the development environment and technical requirements of this project.
